Review on Ministry Grid by Eric Nelso

I love how easy this program is for new leaders, or people who are just getting started with ministry training! The videos can be confusing at first but once you get used them they become very helpful tools that help me grow as an individual within my team/church family unit (which leads into growth of our community!).

Sometimes there isn't much content available online so if we need more information about something then sometimes having someone from staff come out helps us understand things better than looking up resources ourselves since its easier when working together vs alone :) We have been able use these programs along side other leadership books like "Empowered" by John Maxwell & others which has helped expand what i know already through ministries grid's courses!!
