The tool is very user friendly which allows for easy navigation throughout it. This makes using this software much more efficient as we do not have to constantly refer back through old notes in order to find something from months ago when working with an older version. I think that having only one version available at once can be difficult if needing access to previous versions or even specific dates are needed by users but overall everything works well enough. Just make sure you know how your business operates so there's no confusion during implementation time. Having all our team members work within different departments/divisions made keeping track of tasks easier than trying to keep them up dated via email alone. Now everyone knows what they're supposed to do each day without being confused about who their contact person would've been had things gone off schedule. There has also definitely improved productivity since we now have more people focused in completing projects faster thanks to knowing exactly where every task lies without.
