Yes, this extension cable is compatible with Elegoo Neptune 2 and Neptune 2S. Attached is a quick schematic I wrote for this as there are no instructions. When connecting to the Neptune board make sure (on the three pin connector) the orange wire is down as that is your ground. the Z-axis connector. Also, the cable is a bit short, but it fits straight, so be careful and give yourself enough slack. When attached, it ties to the main cables.
