I like that it is easy enought o use without any training or support needed from our IT department! The system itself has some bugs but they are being addressed quickly by their team of developers.
We have been able solve issues where before we would not even know what was going wrong if things did go bad (such as an issue in one particular computer). This allows us more time/resources available than just running diagnostics ourselves when something goes awry so this helps save money too especially since there aren't many people who can do these types of tasks at all well anymore due to COVID-19 restrictions etc..
