Review on 📸 THINKWARE Q800PRO Dual Dash Cam: Front & Rear Car Camera, 1440P, G-Sensor, Night Vision, WiFi, GPS, 32GB by Rob Parsons

I received this product a few months ago and finally decided to watch the video files. While the app offers some quality on the phone, it didn't show how blurry the image on the front camera was. I travel a lot so it took me a while to figure that out. When I called support they asked me to send a poor quality file. I did so, waited a week for an answer and called them back. They remembered (conveniently) my many emails. They said send it back and send a new one. unacceptable. I would have to pay out of my own pocket to send it back and then maybe get another one after researching a few weeks later. I even asked the rep if I would pay for a new one and send it back if they give me a credit and the answer was NO>>>> so I'm stuck with a blurry screen and just have to live with it until I buy another. I will not pay to get this product right. Don't believe the YouTube video. I did a lot of research on this before purchasing this product and it's not something you can reasonably expect.
