My dishwasher's upper basket broke - the wheels came off. I was very happy to find such reasonably priced replacement parts with prime shipping. Only had to wash dishes by hand for 2 days before the dishwasher started working again. These parts fit perfectly, work well and were 4 times cheaper than parts from Whirlpool. Edit: I'm back, just bought two more of these. Perfect fit again, easy to install, blah blah blah. However, one of the predecessors failed after only 11 months of moderate use. Please note that the metal fittings holding the wheels are beginning to rust. Should have been stainless steel or at least thicker coated. I still prefer to buy them as genuine Whirlpool parts, but I expect they will last for years. YMMV
