When we got a Siberian Husky puppy about 18 months ago I bought two of these gates to put in my kitchen doors and left them there. When she was older and ready to run with our other dogs the gate came in handy to keep them all out of the way. They are high enough so that the dog does not jump over them. Sometimes the dogs misbehave and play right at the gate and the husky chewed on them a lot as a puppy so we already have 5 of them which I continue to happily replace. They're good value, last more than long enough to justify my money, and are very easy to swap out once the original brackets are installed on the doors. When I get a new gate, all I have to do is slide the old one out of its brackets and put the new one in! I definitely recommend this product.
