Good guys. I just came down the stairs from the embrasure on my roof. where I installed this little unit with a new outdoor antenna on the roof about 4 or 5 years ago. I fell in love with this product immediately. Here's why: We've been having storms here in Austin for the past few weeks, and after coming home from work a few days ago, our TV reception suddenly turned to crappy or non-existent. This morning I went to the roof to check the antenna alignment. The antenna was clearly struck by lightning. The antenna and cable were covered with black spots. down to this little device.
