I am disappointed with this product. I have used both Ketones and Multicollagen from Key Nutrients and would give each 5 stars. I wanted to like this electrolyte mix, but there is undissolved sediment at the bottom that doesn't stay in suspension, and if I manage to take a sip while the sediment is in suspension, it's a bit gritty. I added 2 scoops of the powder to 32 ounces of water, shook it vigorously a few times, and let it sit at room temperature for several hours. The taste is not bad, but rather mild; I had to add some sweetener. I could live with that, but not knowing what nutrients I'm not really getting in this drink because they're associated with the sludge at the bottom of my drink makes me really not want to consume it. :( I was hoping to use this to replace all of the numerous items I use to make my own electrolyte drink. Glad I bought it at an introductory sale. from a company that states that at the bottom of the Beverage sediments are located, t Ca, K, Mg are not water soluble, etc. Sorry - but my current single electrolytes are perfectly water soluble and never leave the sediment, so I seriously doubt the bioavailability of these elements in this product, as PSA: yellow urine as a das The result of taking B2 is NOT evidence that too much is being excreted from the body, but evidence that it is being metabolized in the body (see) that's good.
