Review on Meike Aperture Distortion Compatible Panasonic by Samuel Blakeley

Buy now! Buy now! Seriously, you won't regret it. I am delighted with the quality of this lens in every respect. Better build quality than my Canon L series glass, sharp image, good contrast and colors, the list goes on! I use my camera with the Blackmagic Pocket Cinema Camera 4k and get amazing results. The video I'm posting was taken on day one, just after I took it out of the box. I can't wait for the 50mm and 85mm lenses to come out as I will probably never use my Canon L or Sigma Art lenses again after trying cine glass and cine gear! For now, that's my lens when I can work with the focal range. The long focus travel is amazing and I finally feel like I'm using a real video lens again! 16mm is particularly ideal for use with stabilizers and wide-angle shots. The only downside to this lens that you really need to be aware of is that at T/2.2 you get some chromatic aberration. (Don't worry, the video I posted was shot wide open at T/2.2). This is easily corrected by stopping at T/2.8 and it's gone. For the money you can't beat this lens and I can't recommend it highly enough. Seriously, thanks Mike!
