It does what it's supposed to do but I wish they hadn't painted/oxidized/whatever the black finish after cutting the threads because it was too tight to fit my drill head. I had to run it on my mill and hit the threads with a wire brush to get it off and then I was barely able to attach it by twisting it off the drawbar with a wrench and holding the drill head with the rod. . It's a lot easier to toggle on and off now, but expect it to give you a bit of a struggle the first time or two. Otherwise it has worked flawlessly so far.
