Take the ooni and use it to flip the pizza.
They are great for turning pizza in my Ooni pizza oven. I let it cook for 30 seconds so the furthest side next to the fire is pretty well set. Prick and rotate this cooked area. The other day a bit slipped off the cover and I used this tool to put it back on. Very convenient to have. Others say they use it to burst air bubbles in pizza or bread.
