I hang this jar on a shepherd's hook by the front door. I wish it was bigger but I'm replacing it with a bigger one just so this one lasts less. I change it depending on the season, so right now I have some yellow flowers and a yellow candle - pretty soon I'll collect some colorful fall leaves and put them there, replacing the yellow flowers. Of course you can put a lot in there over the winter holidays and then it's back to spring and I use artificial flowers and greenery until my own flowers bloom. It contains ribbons, pine cones, beautiful stones, everything. Indoors, it may contain soap or a layer of colored sugar. Very helpful!
