I worked with my son on both my swing and his and taught him that this swing aid was really helpful. He was having some trouble keeping his hands together and this worked for that issue. Although he still needs it to practice his swings, I started using it just to help me with my swings. Even though I'm playing, I'm noticing an improvement not only in my backswing but also in my ball flying much farther than before. This can also be completely deleted. I usually just hand wash it and let it air dry. Even after all the uses and washes we've put this strap through, it hasn't stretched and still works great. What's nice is that it folds up and fits in my golf bag.
