I am currently using this with my Xbox 360. I have an older model without an HDMI port. After two rebuilds of RRoD by Microsoft, it seems to be stable now. I connected it to an HDMI switch that goes to my monitor for my PC. I have old Turtle Beach headphones that I use for the audio. The converter works perfectly. The video is stable and works as it should. My only complaint is the VERY short micro 5V USB cable they provide. You need to provide power, why not let the end user have the box that close to the power supply. It's just not comfortable. That's my only problem. I'm digging through my cable box, I probably have a longer one.
