UPDATE - Change 4 stars to 5 stars. I've been using it for several months. Crashed. One bike has an old metal water bottle cage and the other bike has an open-sided plastic bottle cage. No issues with either, although the plastic mount initially led me to believe it wouldn't stay in place. Completely satisfied. ***** ** I used an old water bottle to hold the tools. Unfortunately, most water bottles have thin necks and are difficult to fill with tools. BENEFITS: The storage bag holds everything the bottle did and more. The kit stayed in place during a fairly bumpy ride. Zipper to keep the set in place. CONS: The only reason I gave it four stars is that it doesn't fit well in a water bottle holder. It works better if you turn the kit upside down. The zipper seems pretty cheap and flimsy and I'm wondering if it won't break. While the water bottle is waterproof, this item is not. If you ride in streams or in the rain, you need to dry the kit.
