I've tried quite a few cocktails and I really liked it. Most of them leave me with embarrassing bloating and I can't believe I even wrote the review. But it is true. The entire Slimfast Advanced line works very well for me. Not only do I not have the above problem but believe it or not if I sit on it for a few days and the cravings go away I can easily survive just eating 4 of these a day 4 hours apart, without wanting to eat everything is available. I have tried smooth chocolate and they are good too. But not only does Caramel Latte taste better to me, and I'm not a coffee drinker, but it also contains caffeine, which helps me get through the day. They are thicker than regular protein shakes that you can buy at Samsclub. .I have to remind my family that this is not desert and not for biscuit dipping because it is that good. I am very happy that we found this product and I recommend it to everyone.
