Replaced my compact tractor's seat and although the seat I bought came with rails they were poor quality metal on metal rails with no bearings. They also had a single pin holding the rails in place, which didn't seem very secure. I replaced them with these tracks, which have ball bearings in the guides and are easy to mow even with someone on the seat. The locking mechanism consists of two metal grommets that snap into the rails, making it more secure than the original rails, and the release lever is better equipped with a stiffer spring to lock the handle. It also comes with a good selection of quality hardware that came in handy when installing the rail and rail seat for my application. These tracks are better than anything I've seen that comes with a seat. They're not cheap, but you get what you pay for. They are made in America and it shows. I have no regrets that I bought and used.
