Can't recommend highly enough
I'm a bit crazy about chopping boards. I have a cutting board; some Brazilian; a few odd shapes, rustic, and then my workhorses, Epicurean - they all get tons of use and need conditioning. LOVE the included sponge: The punched-out little grooves for your thumb and forefinger make it super easy to apply the optimal amount to the sponge for spreading. Convenient, no mess; and it seems to me that it will last a long time (even if I use it every week). I love this stuff.
