16 oz is perfect for my 7 year old.
Exactly what I was looking for. The cold season is coming and I want my 7 year old to be able to drink warm water at school and avoid drinking fountains altogether. It is not heavy and durable. I prefer it to a straw, mainly because the straw is much more difficult to clean and keep clean. The lid rotates easily and is easy to open or close. Although pop up would be better. I tried cold water a few days ago. It was almost 90 degrees and the water stayed cold all day and the baby was happy.
