Best hospital work shoe I have ever seen. As a woman with wide feet (Xwide), high arch, underpronator, the arch support is still less than my ideal for a very (very) high arch, but superior to many other brands. I have no foot or arch pain after a 12 hour shift and that's a really important part. There's a bit of soft purple on the heel, which is cute, but it's black enough to disguise itself as a "work shoe" and still be semi-pro. I train in them too - they're a little heavier so not ideal for marathon training, but the tradeoff of arch support + stability/no ankle twisting is worth the extra weight.
