Review on 🔥 Mishimoto MMRAD-NIS-08 Performance Aluminum Radiator Nissan Maxima 2004-2008 by Matthew Outlaw

Surprised how well this cooler fits. I was wondering what Mishimoto would do with factory fans that only have 2 screws and 2 tabs holding the fan assembly - they took care of that. The fan shroud also fits very well with a thicker cooler core. The inlet and outlet of the end tanks are precisely arranged at the factory. This is an AMAZING radiator. The price is worth it considering Nissan dealerships charge over $600 for a replacement (without installation) and I don't trust a fifty dollar electronic cooler. I rate this 4 stars because the lid doesn't close well; For example a factory cover that you push all the way in and twist, this doesn't stop, it just spins and it seems that it can come loose with every little hit. The solution is to reuse the factory Nissan cover (or buy a new Nissan replacement). In addition, the factory cap conforms to the correct compression rating designed by Nissan. The included cap has a much higher pressure rating and can cause coolant leaks. The perfect fit made installation easy. 2 hoses, 4 screws, 2 fan separators, DONE. This review is based on my installation on my 2002 Nissan Altima MT! (meaning it suits you)
