I love this unit but wish it was available in other colors to match my range or other kitchen appliances. The device is wide so it's easy to use when pouring the bacon fat from the pan onto the device without it splashing or overflowing. The filter at the top of the device is useful for removing pieces of bacon from the fat. The filter is easy to clean and just sits on top of the unit so you can wash it in the sink from time to time. They have included a saucer that the container rests on to make it more stable and to look very pretty. Much better than the coffee mug I've used in the past!
