First, let me reiterate what some other people have said: your computer must have a USB-C port that supports DisplayPort mode. If you're not sure, check your computer's USB-C port to see if there's a small "D"-like icon. This means it is compatible. If not, it probably won't work. Working from home has been excruciating as I keep swapping cables and everything between my PC and my work laptop. This thing has made my life a lot easier. My home PC's USB-C port doesn't support DisplayPort mode, but my laptop does, and it still saves me a lot of trouble because I no longer have to run cables from my desk and can instead use my two monitors to move one to make room for my laptop. Definitely recommend this product and you can't beat the price!
