Review on Thang Long Vietnamese Coffee Filter Maker Press - Authentic Screw Down Phin, Medium Size (8 oz) - Made in Vietnam by Keshia Harvell

I really like this style of brewing. As someone who loves both Pour Over and French Press, I had to try this. I like my black coffee and that makes the coffee taste different. The extraction method, basically similar to pour-over, is much more powerful but very gentle. Not exactly espresso, but stronger than a pour over or French press. The product is very well made and easy to use once you get used to it. Since I don't make traditional Vietnamese coffee, it took me a few tries to get the ratio right. Highly recommended.
