Very good product, great customer service and they keep their product up to date.

It is very easy to use, has all of the features you need and it's always up to date with new trends in the banking industry. I don't like that they are trying to push every other product to customers. If your not looking at 360 View CRM as an option then this may be a problem. The only thing I dislike about it is that it doesn't have some of the more specific tools. We needed something similar to a CRM but didn't want to pay a monthly fee. 360 view was great because we could do that without paying an extra fee per month.
