Very good product, great customer service and they keep their product up to date.

It is very easy to use, has all of the features you need and it's always up to date with new trends in the banking industry. I don't like that they are trying to push every other product to customers. If your not looking at 360 View CRM as an option then this may be a problem. The only thing I dislike about it is that it doesn't have some of the more specific tools. We needed something similar to a CRM but didn't want to pay a monthly fee. 360 view was great because we could do that without…

Great product for CRM and Customer Insight

It's easy to use, it has all features you need in one place (customer information management). The customer support team are helpful with setting up new accounts or adding custom fields - they do not push their own agenda too hard which makes them more approachable than other providers I have used previously! There isn't much out of box functionality but there should be some additional modules available if required as well as an API option so we can integrate our system into theirs seamlessly…

  • Allows managers/managing staff access via mobile devices rather just computers; allows real time updates while still offline allowing employees greater freedom during working hours.
  • Offers various ways that customers may interact directly wth your business either by phone call / email contact
  • Can import most standard database formats including MS Access format files

Easy way for managing professional relationships

This tool helps me to manage all my business contacts in one place, I can see their profile with contact details like phone number etc., also have option of sending messages or emails from this site which really help when you are working alone as it saves time spent searching your email account looking up who should be contacted next.- The website looks great but its not user friendly at times so sometimes navigating through pages gets difficult especially if using mobile devices (not much…
