It's easy to use, it has all features you need in one place (customer information management). The customer support team are helpful with setting up new accounts or adding custom fields - they do not push their own agenda too hard which makes them more approachable than other providers I have used previously! There isn't much out of box functionality but there should be some additional modules available if required as well as an API option so we can integrate our system into theirs seamlessly without having to rely solely upon importing data from another source such as Salesforce etc.. My client uses this solution primarily because its very intuitive once set up however when looking at alternatives currently being considered within my organisation i believe others offer similar benefits whilst also offering better integration options e.g., APIs.
