Review on 🧽 Efficient Cleaning with the OXO SteeL Dish Brush: A Reliable Kitchen Essential by Ronald Messina

This brush fell apart three days after receipt. I have emailed OXO multiple times and only received an initial confirmation reply that they are vacationing because they are family oriented. That's great, but this is a home improvement company with a longstanding reputation for making good, durable products. I had the old version of this OXO brush for years and loved it. I only replaced it because I had used it for so long that the bristles were wearing out! Very disappointed that the new brush is so inferior to the previous version! But mostly because they don't respond to an email sent according to their instructions to the email address provided by OXO. Would love to get an answer! Finally, on April 30th, I received a response that the company would send a replacement. I'll come back to this review when I have time to use the spare brush.
