    Handle falls off: brushing

I really liked the look of this product so I replaced it after the first one broke. Unfortunately the second one broke the same way a few weeks later. The brush handle falls off after a short use. Surprisingly not well made. Save your money!

Screws broken 10 days after return

Seemingly great product. However, we don't even use it extensively and it broke after just 45 days, so it's not exactly the quality I'm used to from this company which might indicate they've been outsourced. Our last lasted over 3 years.

    Brush head falls off

Great brush - except the brush head falls off the handle after 6 weeks or 8 months. Low lifespan compared to previous Oxo brushes and Oxo products in general. It looks like the brush head is attached with threaded screws inserted into the plastic, obviously the nut isn't holding it. But me.

    Need replacement heads

Thought it would be a great brush - looks good, works well, love the weight of steel. but in the end I couldn't clean it properly and had to throw it away. It's a shame to throw away such a solid thing - you have to sell replacement heads. Then I will buy again and again. But since there aren't any, I'll have to find another brush.

First bad OXO Good Grips I've ever bought

This is a bad product. All other OXO Good Grips are between good and great in their segment. Good Grips plastic brushes for $6 are good. Brushes with interchangeable heads are good. However, this is not true. It's a little more expensive, which is okay, but the head is plastic and comes off the first time you use it. It is not replaceable. The brushes themselves seem more fragile than plastic brushes - mine are both discolored and bent from moderately heavy use. This is definitely a product…

Don't you make them the same?

I have ordered about 7 of these over the last few years. After a few months I swap out a new one for the dishes and use the old one to clean the sink/shower etc. I have a couple of brushes that lasted over a year but the last one broke after a week or two. . The head falls off all the time like other photos and there is no way to securely attach it. Not sure what has changed in production but I spent my money on the newest and wouldn't buy this model again as I liked the look of the older…

It's functional and looks better standing on the sink.

I've had this dishwashing brush for a few months now and so far it's holding up well. I paid a bit more for this than a regular plastic one because we leave it by the sink and I thought it would look better. I'm happy with how it works and how it looks. It's easy to rinse and keep clean and does the job well. I've used the same brush in other styles and I like it because of the shape of the brush and when you turn it over you see a plastic lip that can act as a scraper to scrape food off the…

I used an Oxo brush after another well known brand's wooden handle broke after a few uses. I bought another one with Lodge pans thinking it would be better for their cast iron since they were sold by the same company but they weren't. On the other hand, the Oxo brush not only lasted 7 years, it was excellent at removing grease, brushing off moderately crusty foods without scratching seasoned pans, and to be honest I was still able to use it except for some bristles that warped over the course…

OXO is not a customer-centric company

This brush fell apart three days after receipt. I have emailed OXO multiple times and only received an initial confirmation reply that they are vacationing because they are family oriented. That's great, but this is a home improvement company with a longstanding reputation for making good, durable products. I had the old version of this OXO brush for years and loved it. I only replaced it because I had used it for so long that the bristles were wearing out! Very disappointed that the new brush…

Where was it? Thanks ATK & OXO

So – I was skeptical about the new kitchen brush because I haven't really been happy with a brush in over 20 years – maybe 25 but I don't really count. 😁 I saw this on America's Test Kitchen (ATK) as a review of kitchen appliances/tools. So I bought one to try. To convey how happy I was with this brush - after a month of use I asked my mum to come into the kitchen and pick up the brush and try to clean something (no I didn't try to hold it to wash dishes force 😆 ). My mother was very…
