If I could put a zero I would. This is a freezer, not a refrigerator. I bought this to replace my old Dometic which broke after 20 years of service. At the highest temperature of the gas, it will explode soda cans and freeze them. The internal temperature ranges from 0 degrees Fahrenheit to 28 degrees Fahrenheit, depending on the setting. Everything well below zero. The dealer had 3 of them with the same problem and couldn't fix any of them. Norcold gives him and me the apology for their support number, check it out, check it out, but in the end they admitted they designed it with too big a gas nozzle so everything freezes. They officially told me they will do nothing and will not refund my money or fix it if it is under warranty. Now I've run out of my $621.45 and need to spend more money to buy a Dometic to replace this unit. This is bad design from an even worse company that doesn't stand behind their products. DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT!
