This item is exactly as pictured and described. It was very easy to put together and feels and looks solid and will last a long time. It has five compartments for file folders, and the additional bottom shelf, which doesn't tip up, is big enough to hold a few items like a small binder and notepad. It lies flat on a surface or can be attached to a wall. Protruding just 4.5 inches, it's a real space saver compared to the typical 9-11 inches of a traditional paper tray.
