Review on American Metalcraft 14X15 Wood Pizza Peel - 8-Inch Handle, Brown by Nathan Vaughn

I really loved this peel when it arrived, it was nice and smooth and the perfect size for a 16 inch pizza, launching was an ease with this guy. Unfortunately after about 2 pizza sessions and only about 1 month of purchase it started to bow a lot. Now it has gotten so bad it's not really reliable anymore. See the picture! I never got it wet and never had it in the oven too long. This just happened from normal use. American metalcraft makes good stuff and i own a lot of it, don't buy this one though!
