I was very impressed with the quality of the bag and the number of different compartments it has to put things in. I've used it to store all of my ratchet straps, jumper cables, four-way tire wrench, rope, and portable launcher. I also liked that the straps that allow you to tie yourself to the roll cage are easy to use but can be moved to other areas of the bag to give you more leverage. The pocket was on the right and left, which made sense given the Jeep's layout. The only thing I didn't like was that the "shelf" inside the bag is a velcro shelf. That means you can't put a lot of weight on it or the shelf would collapse. As for the whole seat belt dilemma. Simply grab the seat belt and pull it far enough to release the bag and allow the seat belt webbing to rest on top of the seat and not tuck behind the seat.
