I wouldn't buy it again. Metal is much stronger.

Nice knife. Hot as hell (have been using it for a few weeks and still hot). Very light (the handle weighs more than the blade). Unfortunately, the blade broke off when crushing the garlic clove - you don't do that with this knife. I now have a 2" blade connected to a handle. Crap.
