Bought the collar to see how it would work with my mini schnauzer who is barking outside. I know it must have annoyed our neighbors although I will be returning it immediately. When I first put it on her I didn't use the rubber tips so she electrocuted her a couple of times. After that first day, I put on the rubber tips. Now when she hears the beep, she will stop barking immediately. That was redemption. Fast forward 2 months, we have another new Schnauzer puppy who is just as vocal. We bought a second one. He's a bit stubborn, but that definitely stopped his constant barking. Now he knows what happens if he keeps barking and I put the rubber tips back on.
