Deviations and minor damage
Complete color deviation! Ordered on the same day in the same ad. The rug is pale gray with light blue with no outer border and the smaller rug is dark gray with dark teal/blue with a light border. The small carpet is also damaged. Photo proof sent to manufacturer. They said the rugs were made on different days so they don't match?! I have a very small living space so the rugs will be spaced less than 3 feet apart which makes them more visible. Keep in mind that you can get completely different rugs, so don't expect a match. Terrible. But in perspective: not a priority problem in life.
