Not Worth the Price

This is an interesting product. By the way, it's half full. When using it, mix it with warm water first and then add ice. It is poorly soluble in ice water. Second, use one scoop for weight loss before meals and two scoops for energy. Not sure if the weight loss part works. It may not be much, and that's because it makes me sick, so I don't want to eat. Didn't try to use it for energy but once I did my one spoon and drank an energy drink (which doesn't usually concern me) but this time I bounced off the walls lol. The taste is not bad. I would say it's not a bad product but for the price I would expect to lose more than a few pounds.
