Excellent way to layer 5GHz network access, especially at multiple small nodes around the house. Consider this a key component if you're already connected to your home and interested in a Wi-Fi network design that involves small overlapping cells rather than a single powerful transmitter at the router's hotspot (which is often far from ideal). Initial setup is easy, but if you have multiple devices, it can be a little tricky to set up afterwards, as you'll need to disconnect the device you're trying to reconfigure from the rest of your network.
