I don't know why the Toyota 4Runner still uses the old halogen interior lights, but this product solves that problem. Really decorate your interior thanks to a noticeable difference in light output. Comes with a peek tool and a quick YouTube search will help you install. I did the vanity mirrors, map light, overhead light, all 4 doors and cargo door light in about 15 minutes. (The side mirrors and glove box are detail jobs that require some skill and time to take things apart for installation, which is why I skipped them.) Customer service is GREAT! There was a faulty bulb in my set but the seller replied a few hours later, sent another one and checked to see if I was happy.
