Review on 🍳 Lodge 5-Piece Set of Pre-Seasoned Black Cast Iron Cookware by Broderick Shetler

I love cooking on cast iron! It took me about a year to get used to cleaning, cooking and storing cast iron, but I love the versatility. I can wear it on the stove/campfire/grill or throw it in the oven or smoker. There really are no restrictions. I cooked desserts, vegetables, meat, eggs (my favorite). I also have a few enameled cast iron pans/pots but I use them for most of my everyday cooking. I bought this as an 'as new' listing from Amazon which saved me more money. The Amazon box was packaged well, but the Lodge box has definitely seen better days. The tears were fixed with tape, the product inside was damaged, and the box duly went to the trash regardless of the conditions. I have included this information in case you wish to purchase 'as new' as a gift. Some preppies like pretty boxes. This is the only time I've seen a box look a little gross because of this option.
