Strong, rapid heating but too loud, forcing me to use the speaker when talking on a cellphone; make the sound on the computer as high as possible; and the controls are a bit hard to reach as they are under the sturdy handle. It turns on and off automatically, but I'll be too cold, so turn the dial up a little to turn it on, then turn the dial down very quickly, as I'm getting too hot. I have it under my workstation. I need something with more even and quieter heating. He is light. Anti-tipping device works. On the 3rd day it works differently than before. Doesn't turn on automatically that often. This could be because I switched from a dedicated outlet to an extension cord connection (these are not recommended) or because I first turned the temperature control valve all the way down and then lowered it to where I want the heat to be. (also recommended by them as a kind of reset). Will be updated.
