Review on AlorAir Commercial Dehumidifier Basements Industry by Alicia White

Revainrating 3 out of 5

so far so good for dehumidifier

I bought Amazon Protection with it as there were so many reviews about it breaking after a year or two. I've only had it about 2 months but I hooked it up to my subfloor via the vent and so far it has reduced the humidity from over 90% to 60-70%. I'm going to put some fans in there to see if I can improve the dry air circulation, but that's already a huge improvement and a much lower price than the $3,000-$5,000 professional company was willing to charge , to solve the problem. I don't know why there is a "remote control" function, my version didn't have a remote control, the buttons are on the side of the car. My electricity bill has not increased significantly as a result. Not really suitable for small spaces, once you've attached the vent/drain and left enough room around the machine's air intake, you'll need several feet of space for this. On the plus side, you need space around the car, not necessarily above or below, so it's possible to fit in a shorter crawl space and place nicely on a shelf.
