A saw a company selling machines like this one in Costco about a year ago. Before then I had never heard of a vibration plate exercise machine. But apparently a machine like this can really help you tone your legs, strengthen your core muscles, improve your balance, and allow you to burn some calories without hurting yourself like you might do with other more intensive exercise machines. I work from home, so I have been using this a few times during the day when I have a break. I can really feel the difference in my legs and midsection after a week of using this machine. My wife uses it at night, and she said it helps her too. The machine comes with a fitness watch, which I do not plan to use, since I have an Apple Watch. But it's nice of the company to include that for people who don't already have a fitness watch.
