I bought this mop to use on many of the ceramic tile floors I have in my house; whoever designed this definitely thought about it! So here's what I think after using it a few times... First of all, if you're frustrated after using it the first time... don't give up, there's a bit of a learning curve, but you'll get used to it it. Note the plastic connector on the mop handle (I have a red one). When dipping or wringing the mop in a bucket, make sure the plastic part is turned to the ON position. Then when you're ready to mop, turn it to the OFF position. Other things I like are the metal handle which is hopefully more durable and the detachable mop heads that can be washed and reused. Another tip: simply remove the mop head with your hands and put it back on again ... you can't always step on it. As for the things I don't like, suffice it to say that there is no marking anywhere on the bucket to indicate where to pour a gallon of liquid; This is an easy fix and overall I would recommend this article!
