Review on Weller WE1010NA Digital Soldering Station by Rob Madden

I have updated this review. I used to believe in Weller, but not so much now. Weller made durable tools that lasted a long time. but now they make their junk as cheap and flimsy as the Chinese used to make soldering irons. After about 3 weeks of use the wand began to loosen just below the black socket screws on the wand (next to the handle) resulting in Weller and I being basically brushed off and told that such items are not usually covered and that I can ship this (on my own $$) and they may or may not be covered and that I will have to pay for the return postage. NO. I'll buy 10 Chinese fakes before I buy another expensive Weller (and I'm still getting ahead on the price). I could imagine getting better support for €89. and now they go for $129. All I can say to everyone else: SAVE YOUR MONEY
