The ability to upload/download documents from anywhere in the world has been extremely helpful when out of town or working remotely! This program should be utilized by other insurance companies as well and offered internationally so that health professionals can access their patients' medical records anytime they need them through this system. If it were an option please add international countries such as Canada & Mexico into its scope as well!! It would save us hours upon days of searching our database trying to find past tests results before seeing those same test results again while travelling back home which could potentially delay care due to not being able to see previous reports until we reach local area. We are solving logistical issue related to long distance travel since there isn't much you have available during your travels to search databases if.
