Doesn't meet my needs

Too heavy and bulky for easy use Steps have to be lifted one at a time and the legs don't engage so the step falls with a slight impact. I found this very annoying to use. It folds up nicely, but I wish they could find a way to make the steps a bit wider and narrow the top for use with a doorway. I'm an old man, I have a dog that's so big I can't pick him up without hurting him. She is used to climbing stairs, but refuses to climb them and does not use them to get off the truck. This can be normal with a younger dog who is "socializing" with him like a puppy. My old lady doesn't like it.
