I have a 2004 Sierra 2500HD. I bought it to replace a version of Pronet that I accidentally ran over and ripped off. It needs to be about 2 inches narrower so it doesn't sag and tamper with the straps, and that's when it doesn't stretch. The material feels cheap and doesn't seem to stand up to the sun's rays for long. Drilled through one side of my mounting bed, 2 bolts snapped off and the 3rd was snapped off, the bolts that came with are junk, toss them and get some good ones at the hardware store. I threw that thing in the trash and just bought another ProNet. If I were you I would do the same.
