Great idea and works as described but... ONE BIG PROBLEM - If you write hard you will create your own lines and then you won't be able to follow the lines of the book. We bought it for our daughter and she writes fast and fast. Because she couldn't stay in the lines, she made her own lines and now the pen follows them. Most letters are useless now because the pen follows what was ever there. Also, I didn't realize that not all pages are writing/drawing. If you see one of my paintings, it will show images on one side and letters on the other. Every book is like that. I would not buy this product again as it is not for a child/person who writes a lot.
